Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on vnpkr. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. vnpkr relies on this information for identity verification, account security, and regulatory compliance purposes.
All deposits on vnpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vnpkr does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. vnpkr may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering control. All withdrawals are denominated in PKR. vnpkr aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Mine dashboard at the time of request, subject to security checks.
vnpkr offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and Mine VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vnpkr platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Upon closure for cause, vnpkr reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Upon voluntary closure or closure for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of vnpkr.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vnpkr's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that User's PKR Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
vnpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if vnpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. vnpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues outside its direct control.
vnpkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vnpkr implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard data security protocols to protect User data. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of vnpkr's international gaming license.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vnpkr's licensing jurisdiction. vnpkr operates under an international gaming license and is subject to the regulatory framework of that licensing authority.
